Alamosa gelding Almost Court (out of Cinder Bella, by Victory Dance) scored very impressively fresh up yesterday at Moruya (NSW) in the hands of usual rider Patrick Scorse, to make it 4 wins from 5 starts in Australia for owners Brian and Lesley Court who sent the horse over the ditch to race in partnership with trainers Barbara Joseph / Paul Jones and a stable syndicate.
Purchased by the Courts out of a Karaka Select sale, their namesake won first up for them at Wingatui before endless wet tracks convinced them that the horse would be much better placed in Australia. The results speak for themselves..
